isnin yg penoh semangat!

tak taw cmne aku berjaya bangon dgn awal skali (6.30am!) walhal aku tahu hari nih isnin! no monday blues..no EL! dasat...semangat nak p keje weh...maybe sbb gaji kot..yg penting punch kad kemudian hilangkan lah diri anda...
wahai kawan2, jgn turuti perangai yg tak indah ini..

p/s: semua urusan bank dah setel..dan takde lagi hutang yg pending, syabas!(@11am)

sebu!

aduhai bila mcm2 keje nak kena buat dan disiapkan dgn kadar segera, kepala otak mula la sebu.
betul ke orang nak kawen nih suka berangan?
takde masa hokei..
tapi pelupa yes!
selalu lupa yang buatkan orang ckp suka berangan tu..
kadang2, menda2 yg di cari dok ada depan mata pon tak nmpk..
baru je letak barang pon jadi x ingat mana dok letak brg tersebut..
aduhai..mcm mana nak selamatkan diri nih..
harus banyak berdoa supaya sentiasa dalam lindungan Nya dan tak kena marah ngan bos sbb buat keje dgn lembapnye...

p/s: hari2 bos soh kawen cepat!
p/p/s: pinjam duit kat bos la..

last weekends, sgt bz!

tapi lega some works done very well..n some, failed!
1) interview failed..
2) khemah/gazebo done!
3) reception arfah=farraen=sempat pergi ng en.tunang

last weekend adalah sgt penat, tapi happy jgk..on frid, haku attend an interview...tp terus dpt result yg job tu bukan milikku. tak kesah sbb skrg kaseh dan sygku bertambah mantap buat uitm..

balik kg dgn rasa kurang kecewa, ptg jmaat tu semata2 nak hantar barang2 kawen yg sempat aku siapkan..(x nak umah sendiri semak dgn brg2 tu so pi hantaq umah mak lerrr)

sempat kacau bubur asyura dan berkelah bersama jiran tetangga sebelom rushing blk kl nk p reception arfah+farraen kat dewan dr.siti hasmah, kl. the wedding very nice! even private function, tapi selesa jgk. naseb en.tunang agree nak p..

next, ahadnya..pinggang adlh sgt saket..teman en.tunang p klinik..tp mls nk consult ng doctor..bila dah balik..sendirik mahu igt la dia punya saket..
so, weekend habeh camtu je..sukan fakulti pon tak sempat nak p..

p/s: cepatnya masa berlalu..tengok kalendar, dah nak penghujung bulan january! tinggal fab+mar sebelom masok bln apr..time tu..nak kena pastikan semua under control..hopefully evrythg will b smooth..takuuuuttttnyerrrr..

a good starter~

seawal bulan january kami di unit anatomi telah berjaya received 1 body from hosp.sg.buluh..tahaniah kepada pasukan kami!
bukan senang nak dpt body nih..(cadaver)
dato'dekan pulak tak mudah targetnya up to 10 bodies per year..ssh ye kwn2 nak dpt kan bodies yg tak dituntut..

Top 6 Skinny Foods for 2010

By Joy Bauer, M.S., R.D., C.D.N. - Posted on Wed, Jan 06, 2010, 4:01 pm PST
If you're looking for creative (and delicious!) ways to enhance your weight loss efforts, here's a fresh collection of six slimming foods you should add to your repertoire. I'm a firm believer that dieting and losing weight doesn't mean you have to subsist on bland, boring cardboard. With that in mind, I've put together a list of strategic skinny eats, each of which has its own unique way of satisfying your taste buds while blunting your appetite. I encourage you to peruse my list and use these tasty bites to your advantage!
1. Pumpkin Pudding: Decadent, creamy pudding for less than 150 calories--and it helps you lose weight! Just combine a 6-ounce container of nonfat vanilla yogurt with ½ cup canned 100% pure pumpkin puree and a dash of cinnamon. The pumpkin bulks up the yogurt--already a protein-rich, nutrient-packed food--and adds a hefty dose of fiber. This winning combo of protein and fiber expands in your stomach, keeping you full long after you finish, so you're not looking for more munchies an hour later.
2. Vegetable Soup: Studies have shown that just by starting a meal with a fiber-rich bowl of broth-based veggie soup, you can reduce your total calorie intake by 20 percent. That's because this "veggie first course" helps to fill you up, so you wind up eating less at the main meal.
3. Cucumber Tomato Salad: Thanks to their high percentage of water (95%!), cucumbers are low-calorie, high volume, and top-notch for weight loss! Slice up one whole cucumber plus a medium tomato, then toss with light vinaigrette or unlimited vinegar (balsamic or red wine is delish) plus 1 teaspoon olive oil. The entire salad has only 125 calories!
4. Ginger Green Tea: Nursing a warm mug of tea is a calorie-free way to de-stress after a long day without falling prey to emotional eating. As an added bonus, research suggests that regularly drinking green tea may give you a slight calorie-burning advantage. Steep your tea with a thin slice of ginger root for an extra punch of flavor.
5. Fiery Chicken Salad: Adding a few dashes of fiery hot sauce to your food slows down your eating big time so you're less likely to eat past the point of fullness. For a simple lunch, whip up a chicken salad with diced chicken breast, 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayo, hot sauce to taste, and any diced veggies on hand. Serve over a bed of lettuce (and have a glass of water handy!).
6. Shrimp Cocktail: At around 8 calories a piece, shrimp are a fabulous source of lean protein, which helps rev your metabolism and keeps you feeling full for hours. Next time you dine out, start your meal with a shrimp cocktail appetizer. When you're eating at home, dunk your shrimp in this could-not-be-easier cocktail sauce recipe: simply combine 1 tablespoon ketchup with 1 teaspoon bottled horseradish.

How to find a good wedding photographer?
Caught on camera : Precious moments to last a lifetime
Photography is like making that first impression – you only get one chance to do it right. Your wedding photographs capture all the emotions, excitement and details, preserving the memories of the day you became man and wife. Needless to say, you won’t be giving this huge responsibility to your second cousin who happens to own a nice camera and loves taking photos. Good photography is an art which requires skill and planning, so choose your wedding photographer carefully.
Here are a few tips on finding the right professional :
Word-of-mouth
Ask your married friends and relatives about their wedding photographer, and more importantly, ask to see their wedding albums when they rave about how “awesome” their photographer was. Actual wedding photos allow you to examine the quality and style of the photographer’s work. Word-of-mouth referrals not only promote a particular photographer’s work, but also his or her personality and work etiquette.
The personality test
Get to know your short listed photographers and see how easily they interact with you. An open-minded photographer who is interested in getting to know you and finding out what you want earns extra points! Remember that your photographer will need to bring out the best in you and your guests.
Price and timeline
Ask about the price upfront, and how the photographer’s services are charged. Some may charge by the hour, while others may offer packages.
Solo or team?
Does your photographer work alone, or does he work in a team? It is generally a good idea for you to hire a studio that provides more than one photographer to cover your wedding. The reasons :
● This prevents chaos if there are last minute no-shows or if a camera decides to quit.
● Total coverage of your wedding. Having more than one photographer means you can always have one by your side, while others can cover your party and guests.
● Beautiful, continuous photographs. One photographer will be able to stand before you as you walk down the aisle, while another may capture photographs of your train.
Let your photographer know exactly what you want and what you expect. Never assume that your photographer, given his or her experience, should know what you want. So take some time and think about what kind of photographs you want to fill your wedding album with, and write them down. Also inform your photographer about the sequence of events, duration of ceremonies and parties, travel (if any), and people to look out for during the wedding, e.g. parents, grandparents, or the granduncle who is famous for breaking into dance wherever there is a dance floor! Proper planning and successful communication with your photographer will save you the heartache of looking through your wedding photographs and not seeing what you want.

Planning Your Wedding

Ask any newlywed couple - even couple that have been married for a long time - and they'll all say the same thing; The key to a successful wedding is in the planning. Small things go wrong at every wedding. But keep in mind that you can save yourself from headaches by making a plan and simply sticking with it. These simple tips will help you take some of the stress away:

• Lose the Laziness
One mistake that many couples make is basking in the glow of their engagement until 4-6 months before their wedding date. Then they try to cram all of the planning into a too-short period of time. Of course you should just sit back and be thrilled about your engagement for a while, but then you have to get cracking!

•Buy a Calendar or Datebook
Once you determine your wedding date, set specific dates by which you want to get things accomplished. Try to get as much done as possible in the first few months so that the last few months won't be hectic.

• Set Aside Time to Work on Wedding Details
Choose a day of the week when you'll focus on it, or several days if you're pressed for time. Sit down together and plan. This eliminates confusion.

•Share Duties
This is the best way to get things done. You both should be involved every step of the way. Make a list of details to be taken care of, and then divide the list in half. Each of you choose what you want to do. This will make grooms want to be involved, instead of making them feel like they have to help. Involving you husband-to-be will make him feel that it's his wedding too.

•Talk, Talk, Talk
We can't stress this enough. Be sure that of if you're sharing duties that you're also sharing the details. It's okay to take care of certain things by yourself, just make sure you're telling each other about it so the caterer isn't contracted twice!

•Be Flexible
Okay. So you really didn't want the groom/usher in those tails and top hats. And maybe he doesn't want the cake to be lemon with pecan icing!. Each of you is going to want things that the other doesn't care for,but flexibility is a must. Be willing to bend. If you really object to something, let you objection be dully heard and noted. Just give the other person a chance to explain why he/she really wants to arrive at the reception in a hot tub in the back of the limo.

•Details, Contracts & Negotiations
When dealing with wedding professionals, be sure to clarify all the details and your expectations during the initials discussions. Make sure you get a contract specifically stating dates, times, and locations. Be sure to include what you feel is appropriate dress, and what you feel isn't. Spell out everything. Try to negotiate the best deal for goods and services, but don't sell yourself short on important things just to get a better price.

Most importantly, be sure to read the fine print on every contract before you sign it, and make sure you're aware of cancellation policies and fees. Also, ask if there's a grace period to cancel just in case you change your mind or something happens and you need to postpone the wedding.

•Stay Organized
This one's pretty obvious! The more organized you are, the less chance there is that something will go wrong. Buy a notebook, and keep all your wedding information in it. Receipt, contracts, ideas - everything. You might also want to get notebooks for your maid of honor/bridesmaids and the the best man. Put info such as dates, times, locations, and duties. This will keep everyone organized as well, and minimize the chance of someone missing a fitting date or rehearsal time
